The Cleveland Browns haven't been to the playoffs since 2002 and haven't recorded a winning season since 2007.
For 13 years, the Browns have been looking for a plan to return to the postseason. Cleveland head coach Mike Pettine, who is 2-14 in his last 16 games, insisted there's a chance to fix things going forward.
"I feel very upset about the record, and I've talked about this before: That's on us. We own it," Pettine said, per ESPN.com's Pat McManamon. "This is a bottom-line business, and where we are isn't good enough.
