The Los Angeles Rams didn't lead for 59 minutes in Sunday's game against the NFC West rival San Francisco 49ers, but they escaped with a dramatic 27-24 victory for their first win of the season.
Trailing by as many as 14 points in the game and by 10 points with seven minutes left in the fourth quarter, the Rams showed their resiliency by taking advantage of the 49ers' miscues. After a missed field goal by 49ers kicker Jake Moody, Los Angeles quarterback Matthew Stafford threw a 50-yard to Tutu Atwell that set up Kyren Williams for the game-tying touchdown.
