Marquise Goodwin Qualifies for 2015 Pan Am Games Long Jump Finals

Buffalo Bills wide receiver Marquise Goodwin jumped 8.05 meters to qualify for the long jump finals at the 2015 Pan Am Games.

Goodwin, who represented the United States in the long jump at the 2012 Summer Olympics, was the No. 2 qualifier overall, according to ESPN Stats & Information. He will compete Wednesday in the final, which takes place just days before he's due to report to Bills training camp.

“I’ve always been a football player who jumps far,” Goodwin said, per Sean Fitz-Gerald of the National Post. “And now I’m a track guy who’s good at football.
