New York Giants star rookie Malik Nabers suffered a concussion in Thursday's matchup against the Dallas Cowboys, per ESPN's Jordan Raanan.
Nabers took a hard hit in the fourth quarter of the loss while trying to hang on to a pass from Daniel Jones as he fell out of bounds. The receiver exited the game and departed for the locker room shortly after.
