Adrian Peterson and the Minnesota Vikings are marching toward the playoffs.
The Vikings took a 39-10 lead early in the fourth quarter over the New York Giants, behind 104 yards on 22 carries by Peterson and three interceptions of Eli Manning.
This was Peterson's seventh 100-yard game this year, helping him maintain his NFL rushing lead over Tampa Bay's Doug Martin with one game to go.
Peterson also had his 10th rushing touchdown of the season, the eighth time he's done that in his career to tie him for second all time.
