Lardarius Webb fails conditioning test, isn’t cleared to practice yet

The Ravens were without Lardarius Webb for the first practice of training camp, after the veteran cornerback failed his conditioning test.

According to Clifton Brown of CSNBaltimore.com, Webb will have to pass the test before the team lets him practice, and coach John Harbaugh said the player was disappointed in himself.

“The conditioning test measures anaerobic conditioning. It measures the ability to recover, get your heart rate way up and recover,” Ravens coach John Harbaugh said. “Webby is in really good shape in a lot of different ways. You can see it in the way he moves.
