Tennessee Titans wide receiver Justin Hunter was reportedly arrested in Virginia Beach on Monday and charged with felonious assault.
News Channel 5 in Virginia reports that Hunter turned himself in after a warrant was filed stemming from an incident in early July. The 24-year-old was allegedly involved in a “large fight” outside a bar on July 3. A victim was taken to the hospital after sustaining injuries during the confrontation, and Hunter was the primary suspect.
According to Audra Martin of WKRN in Nashville, authorities listed Hunter’s charges as “malicious intent, stabbing, cutting, wounding.
