Justin Gilbert Cited in Road-Rage Incident: Latest Details and Reaction

Cleveland Browns cornerback Justin Gilbert crashed his Dodge Challenger in a drainage ditch Friday afternoon as the result of an apparent road-rage incident.

According to NewsNet5.com's Alyssa Pasicznyk and Dena Greer, Gilbert crashed following an altercation with the driver of a Ford Mustang in Brunswick, Ohio.

Per Greer and Pasicznyk, Brunswick police said the episode ensued as the result of "one driver cutting off the other." Gilbert also allegedly "threw tobacco juice" on the Mustang during an exchange that resulted in both men giving each other the middle finger.

According to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport, Brunswick police confirmed Gilbert did not have alcohol in his system at the time of the crash and was cited with a ticket for "lack of reasonable control.
