Undrafted free agent Justin Cox's quest to make the Kansas City Chiefs roster took a major hit Monday as the defensive back was arrested and charged with aggravated domestic violence.
According to Michael Bonner of the Clarion-Ledger, the 22-year-old rookie was also charged with burglary and trespassing in Starkville, Mississippi.
This isn't the first time that Cox has been linked to domestic violence as he was charged with both trespassing and domestic violence in January, although the latter charge was ultimately dropped.
During minicamp in May, Cox insisted that he was ready to move on from his past transgressions, per Herbie Teope of ChiefsDigest.
