Gruden Comments on Galette Injury
Wednesday, Aug. 26
"I'm very concerned," Gruden said, according to the team.
According to Mike Jones of the Washington Post, the injury appears to be serious.
Ian Rapoport of NFL Network and Dianna Marie Russini of ESPN reported that it was an Achilles injury.
Galette is getting set for his first season with the Redskins after five with the New Orleans Saints, but even without his injury, he might not have been on the field at the season's start anyway, as he is facing a suspension for violating the league's personal conduct policy.
