Joseph Randle aggravates oblique injury

This season, the Cowboys will be replacing 2014 NFL rushing champion DeMarco Murray. At any given moment, it’s hard to figure out exactly who they’ll be replacing him with.

Joseph Randle, one of the contenders to receive significant carries if not win the starting job, aggravated an oblique injury on Thursday, according to Charean Williams of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram. As a result, Randle is doubtful for the team’s upcoming preseason game against the 49ers in Santa Clara.

“It’s the same thing I had earlier,” Randle said, via Williams.
