Coming off a less than stellar appearance in his first Spring League game with the South team, where he fumbled and was sacked three times, Johnny Manziel channeled some of the ability we were used to seeing during his days at Texas A&M in his second Spring League game on Thursday in Austin, Texas.
While he did throw for a touchdown and completed nine of his 15 passes in Saturday's game, he completed the first seven and then things took a turn for the worse.
But Manziel didn't let that performance get him down. He came back with a vengeance, completing eight of 10 passes for 145 yards in his first half on Thursday, including a 50-yard pass downfield to wide receiver Antwan Goodley.
