New York Jets owner Woody Johnson didn't mince words about the team's desire to win in the wake of Tuesday's deal to acquire Davante Adams from the Las Vegas Raiders.

Speaking to reporters during the league meetings in Atlanta, Johnson said "status quo is killer" as the primary driving force to reunite Adams with Aaron Rodgers.

"You have to go with your instinct and build a culture," Johnson added. "He'll open everything up."

Per NFL Network's Ian Rapoport, the Jets are sending a conditional draft pick to the Raiders for Adams.
