Veteran pass-rusher Haason Reddick is reportedly not expected to budge when it comes to his demands for a new contract.
According to Dianna Russini of The Athletic, a source said Reddick has the "mindset that he will die on this sword," with regard to wanting a new deal before reporting to the New York Jets.
Russini added that it is considered a long shot for Reddick to play for the Jets in their season opener on Monday night against the San Francisco 49ers, and it remains unclear if he will report to the team at any point after that.
