The New York Jets are exploring the college ranks amid their head coaching search.
Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reported that the Jets are scheduled to interview Maryland head coach Mike Locksley for their vacant head coach position on Friday.
Locksley had interviewed for the Miami Dolphins head coaching position in 2022, that job eventually went to Mike McDaniel. He has been the Terrapins head coach since 2019.
