The New York Jets are considering a former veteran quarterback in their head coaching search.
Jordan Schultz of Fox Sports reported that the Jets will hold a virtual interview with Minnesota Vikings quarterbacks coach Josh McCown for their head coach vacancy on Friday.
McCown just finished his first season as the Vikings quarterbacks coach and served as the Carolina Panthers quarterbacks coach in 2023. He played 16 seasons in the NFL.
