The New York Jets' do-it-all running back Le'Veon Bell will miss Thursday's practice with a shoulder injury and will undergo an MRI, per head coach Adam Gase.
The 27-year-old Bell is among the best running backs in the NFL due to his all-around skill set, but staying on the field consistently has been a challenge for him at times.
Bell has appeared in all 16 games in a season just once in his career, and he didn't play at all last season after holding out over a contract dispute with the Pittsburgh Steelers.
