A patron of the Highline Ballroom filed a lawsuit against New York Jets linebacker Lorenzo Mauldin and others following an alleged assault, the New York Post's Larry Celona, Paul Schwartz and Bruce Golding.
Jean Lopez accused Mauldin of assault after Lopez spilled Champagne on him.
"It was not a fight, it was an attack," said Glenn Race, Lopez's lawyer in the suit.
