Jerod Mayo is heading into the last week of the regular season on the hot seat in his first year as the New England Patriots head coach, but he feels he is in good standing with ownership amid a 3-13 start.
On Monday, following the Patriots lost to 40-7 to the Los Angeles Chargers over the weekend, Mayo was asked whether he's confident Robert Kraft and New England's ownership will bring him back next season.
"I'm always in constant communication with ownership, and feel like we're still on the same page," Mayo said, via Pro Football Talk's Josh Alper.
