Per Adam Schefter, the Jacksonville Jaguars have fired general manager Dave Caldwell. Caldwell was hired in 2013, and took a team that had gone 2-14 the year prior to a 10-6 record and an appearance in the conference championship game in 2017. Then he promptly tore that team apart, leaving the Jaguars with whatever the hell it is they have now. A new GM will be hired, with the first priority being to find a quarterback with what will almost certainly be a top-five pick in the draft.
