Bears wide receiver Kevin White is set to make his NFL debut, according to NFL Media Insider Ian Rapoport.
The No. 7 pick of the '15 draft from West Virginia missed all of last season with a stress fracture in his left leg.

1. Saints rookie receiver Michael Thomas (ankle) will play against the Raiders, according to Rapoport.
2. Dolphins wide receiver DeVante Parker (hamstring) is expected to be held out and will not play against the Seahawks, according to Rapoport.
