Last season, then-rookie Will Dissly ruptured his patellar tendon in Week 4 and missed the rest of the season. This year, he made it to Week 6, but he will again miss the rest of the year with a ruptured tendon -- this time, his Achilles. Dissly will again require surgery, and he faces another tough rehabilitation to be ready in time for the 2020 season. We have seen some quick Achilles recoveries in recent years, but Dissly is still likely to begin the team's offseason program on the Reserve (PUP) list. As for this season, the team recently traded backup Nick Vannett to Pittsburgh, so Dissly's replacement is most likely to be the recently re-signed Luke Willson.
