And that will necessarily impact the NFL’s leverage regarding the selection of a temporary home for whichever teams move there.
As noted by Sam Farmer and Nathan Fenno of the Los Angeles Times, the decision of the Rose Bowl to not submit a proposal creates a “significant” complication for the NFL.
