My first article with The Sports Quotient was titled “A Tale of Two Tennessee Titans.” It examined differences between the Titans in win weeks versus loss weeks.
At the time of the article’s publication, the NFL season was young; the Titans had only played eight games. The results were interesting though. The winning Titans scored significantly more points and made significantly fewer turnovers than the losing Titans. A two-sample t-test verified significance.
