NFL Wild Card - The 12-4 San Francisco 49ers had already clinched a playoff berth heading into Week 18, but they still had something to play for. Both the 49ers and the Minnesota Vikings were in the running for the second seed in the NFC. Either the 49ers needed to beat the Cardinals, or they needed Minnesota to lose, seeing as the 49ers held the tiebreaker. Though not as dramatic as fighting for the final playoff spot, the 49ers treated it as such. They unloaded the clip on the Cardinals, scoring 38 points in a blowout win, and reminded everyone of how dangerous they can be on offense.
