EA Sports announced Tuesday that the New England Patriots tight end and New York Giants wideout Odell Beckham Jr. are the two finalists to land on the cover of its upcoming video game.
Voting for the semifinal round ended early Monday morning, with Gronkowski and Beckham beating out Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Antonio Brown and Arizona Cardinals cornerback Patrick Peterson.
It’s pretty easy to make Gronk’s case for cover boy, as the 25-year-old silenced critics concerned about his injuries with a monster 2014 campaign en route to earning his first Super Bowl win.
