Colts General Manager Ryan Grigson says he and coach Chuck Pagano are on the same page about one thing heading into the draft: They need players who make an immediate impact on the field.
“I want playmakers. Chuck wants playmakers. We need playmakers,” Grigson said.
There’s been talk that Grigson and Pagano may not be on the same page, but Grigson stressed that they’re both in agreement about getting players who can start. Grigson even said the Colts believe they can find starters late in the draft, and he said he doesn’t agree with those who think the third day of the draft is just about roster depth.
