Every year at the NFL Scouting Combine there is a lot of media buzz generated by some of the outstanding performances that scouts, coaches and decision-makers see. The fact is, outstanding performances are expected from many of the participants mainly because they spent the previous four to six weeks at a performance camp preparing for the Combine. Sure, there are always some strong workouts that were not expected. When that happens, it means it’s time to look at more tape because the estimates were off.
