The New England Patriots still could know their fate in the DeflateGate scandal before the 2015 NFL draft.
NFL commissioner Roger Goodell told CBS This Morning’s Charlie Rose that he thinks Ted Wells’ report on the deflated football controversy will be released soon, though he gave no specific timeline.
“I do think it will be soon,” Goodell said Tuesday, via The Boston Globe. “We have a responsibility to the 32 teams, not just the one team, to 32 teams, and our fans, and the general public here, to make sure things we’re done fairly.
