Jabrill Peppers’ season is almost certainly over. ... A transverse process fracture is a spinal injury. It’s about a six-week injury, at best. https://t.co/ce9MOmPMW1

However, head coach Pat Shurmur said Monday he doesn't expect this to end Peppers' season, per Kimberly Jones of NFL Network. Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reported the injury could keep him out for one to three weeks.
