The New York Jets did a wise thing in March and brought in wide receiver Brandon Marshall in the hopes of kick-starting an offense that spent most of last season writhing on the ground and hawking up turnovers.
But bringing in outside talent isn't an instant tonic, and knowing the difficulties quarterbacks and receivers can have adjusting to one another, Jets quarterback Geno Smith and Marshall are living together to speed up the chemistry-building process.
The New York Post's Brian Costello brings news of the living arrangement. Costello writes that Marshall moved into Smith's home in New Jersey and has been living there for the last four weeks or so:
To help accelerate the chemistry between he and Smith, Marshall moved in with Smith in New Jersey.
