The Broncos have no interest in expanding their quarterback competition, at least that's what Broncos coach Gary Kubiak implied on 104.3 The Fan in Denver Thursday morning.
"I think we go to work with our guys," Kubiak said. "Obviously I got respect for Nick, he's played very well in this league. But we've been set, we know which direction we're heading and it's time to go compete."
In a wise move, Kubiak is not planning on shaking the natural order of things, leaving Foles as more of a solid backup option than a potential job winner in August.
