The executive will team with new head coach Urban Meyer to help turn around a squad that finished 1-15 in 2020.
Jacksonville has finished in last place in the AFC South in each of the last three years and has only one winning season in the last 13 years. The exception came in 2017 with a shocking run to the AFC Championship Game in head coach Doug Marrone's first season with the squad, but the team responded with a 5-11 record in 2018.
