Eric Reid is not backing down from his stance following a call for unity in a letter from NFLPA president JC Tretter.
The free-agent safety called out Tretter Tuesday on Twitter:
Eric Reid @E_Reid35I’m disappointed @JCTretter that your letter did not address that the CBA was altered after vote, harming disabled players. Being ‘unified’ in ignorance helps no one & @NFLPA silence is deafening. Have you forwarded letter I posted yesterday to all members so they know what’s up? https://t.co/9lXzyoaLKV
Reid posted a letter from his attorneys Monday on Twitter, which highlighted the differences between the collective bargaining agreement that was voted on and the one that was eventually posted.
