EJ Manuel's time with the Buffalo Bills was defined by inconsistencies, but he'll reportedly try to turn things around with the Oakland Raiders, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.
Fox Sports' Peter Schrager confirmed the news and added that Manuel's deal is for one year. Manuel is now primed to take over as Oakland's backup for Matt McGloin.
A 2013 first-round pick, Manuel was installed as the Bills' starting quarterback during the 2013 season. The Florida State product proceeded to make 10 appearances, during which he completed 58.
