Despite having led the Philadelphia Eagles to the playoffs in each of his first four seasons, head coach Nick Sirianni could end up on the hot seat if the team doesn't make a deep run.
Per ESPN's Jeremy Fowler, some people around the NFL think Sirianni's job could be in jeopardy if the Eagles lose in the first round of the postseason.
