The Eagles are nearly done with their draft pick signings.
Philadelphia has reached a deal with Kansas cornerback JaCorey Shepherd, a sixth-round pick, the team said Tuesday.
Shepherd (5-11, 199) earned first-team all-Big 12 honors from league coaches as a senior, defending 16 passes and hauling in three interceptions. He played three years of cornerback after entering Kansas as a wide receiver.
Shepherd is one of three collegiate corners added by Philadelphia in the draft, with Utah’s Eric Rowe (Round Two) and Kansas State’s Randall Evans (Round Six) the others.
Texas linebacker Jordan Hicks (Round Three) is the last remaining unsigned Eagles draft selection.
