After saying Thursday he had every intention of playing Sunday against the Jaguars, Brees was even more definitive to New Orleans reporters.
"I'm gonna play," Brees said via Katherine Terrell of the New Orleans Times-Picayune.
It's worth noting that Brees was very confident in his ability to play before the team's Week 3 against Carolina despite a shoulder injury.
