Former NFL fullback and current NFL Network analyst Michael Robinson joined Monday’s PFT Live on NBC Sports Radio, to discuss among other things the preseason debut of Bucs rookie quarterback Jameis Winston. So I asked Robinson, who played for the Seahawks in 2012, when it became obvious that then-rookie Russell Wilson belonged under enter in his first NFL season.
Robinson said that it became clear during camp that Wilson had become the best option, and that it became even more clear he deserved the job based on how he responded to a loss in the first regular-season game of his career.
