Dolphins, Bengals Officially Announce Flores, Taylor as New Coaches

The worst-kept secrets in the NFL's personnel world became official on Monday.

With the Super Bowl over, assistant coaches in Los Angeles and New England are available to take promotions elsewhere. That means that Brian Flores -- fresh off coaching New England's defense to a historically great performance in the Super Bowl -- has officially been named the new head coach of the Miami Dolphins. Flores had been with the Patriots organization since 2004, becoming a defensive assistant in 2011, the linebackers coach in 2016, and the defensive play-caller this year.

Cincinnati, meanwhile, has hired Rams quarterback coach Zac Taylor to be their new head coach.
