Did Ryan Grigson Have It Coming?

After five seasons with the Indianapolis Colts, General Manager Ryan Grigson has been fired, while head coach Chuck Pagano will stay on. Through those five seasons, the Colts reached the playoffs three times, amassed a 49-31 overall record, and never finished the season below .500. Despite these achievements (certainly better than many in the league), Grigson was fired due to perceived incompetence. Was this a fair judgment?
