With just 18 days remaining prior to the July 15 deadline, the Dallas Cowboys and Dez Bryant are back at the negotiating table.
On Friday, the Cowboys had their first face-to-face meeting with Bryant's agents Tom Condon and Roc Nation's Kim Miale in nearly four months, NFL Media Insider Ian Rapoport reported Saturday, per sources involved of the negotiation. ESPN first reported the news.
This is the first tangible sign of progress on the contract front since last summer, when it appeared that the sides were close to a deal.
