By every apparent measure, the Jaguars are doing business the right way. They just have terrible luck.
The latest blow was losing first-rounder Dante Fowler to a torn ACL Friday, an hour into the first rookie minicamp of the first defensive player chosen in the draft.
But if the news haunted perpetually upbeat Jaguars coach Gus Bradley, it was hard to tell.
“Maybe on the way to the hospital,” Bradley told Sports Illustrated‘s Peter King, when asked if he had a ‘Why me?’ moment. “But after meeting with him and seeing how he’s handling this, I’m more at peace because I know he’ll be fine.
