Hall of Fame receiver Tim Brown knows what it’s like to relocate with Raiders to a new market. Brown started his career with the Los Angeles Raiders, in 1988, and then packed up for Oakland six seasons later. He was the last relic of the L.A. era still playing on the team during the final season of his 15-year Raiders career.
