Broncos head coach Gary Kubiak is expected to be released from the hospital Monday afternoon, one day after being admitted with flu-like symptoms following Denver's home loss to the Falcons.
Kubiak, 55, underwent MRI and CT scans, the team said in a statement, and has been diagnosed with a complex migraine condition, leading to severe fatigue and body weakness. The Broncos say Kubiak is "feeling much better" after receiving treatment and will be out soon.
Sunday wasn't the first time Kubiak was taken by ambulance from a game. In Nov. 2013, the then-Texans coach collapsed on the field at intermission of a Sunday Night Football game at Reliant Stadium.
