DeMarco Murray’s decision to leave the Dallas Cowboys and sign with the rival Philadelphia Eagles obviously sent shockwaves throughout the entire NFC East. But to hear it from the running back, it wasn’t without some inner turmoil as well for him personally.
Murray recalled the entire saga that ended up with him leaving Dallas and heading east to Philly during an interview Thursday with Hannah Storm on ESPN’s “Face to Face.” The running back acknowledges that he had an inkling his career-defining 2014 campaign with the Cowboys likely would be his last in the team’s uniform.
