Davante Adams had his trade request fulfilled on Tuesday when the Las Vegas Raiders sent him to the New York Jets.
Following the trade, Adams described what the last few weeks have been like and expressed that he thinks the deal will be better for both him and his former team.
"It's been a rollercoaster for sure," he told reporters on Wednesday. "It's a weird thing to say that I'm happy, but obviously it was time for a change and this whole thing kind of transpired a little weird. But at the end of the day, we're in a better place, I think that the Raiders are in a better place as well.
