Dak Prescott's $59.45M Salary Cap Hit Hasn't Impacted Cowboys' FA, Stephen Jones Says

While quarterback Dak Prescott holds a $59.4 million salary cap hit this season, Dallas Cowboys executive vice president Stephen Jones has not impacted the team in free agency, per ESPN's Todd Archer.

Prescott is entering the final year of a four-year, $160 million contract and will receive a base salary of $29 million this season. While he and the Cowboys haven't reached an extension yet, Jones said there have been positive discussions and Prescott has been flexible in working with the team. He also said that contract discussions with Prescott have been a priority this offseason.
