LeSean McCoy will not be charged for his alleged role in a Feb. 7 nightclub fight with off-duty Philadelphia police officers, according to multiple reports.
The Philadelphia District Attorney's office will announce its decision not to pursue charges later Monday.
Philly.com was first to report the news Monday.
McCoy's attorney, Dennis Cogan, told ESPN's Mark Schwarz that a news conference has been scheduled for Monday at 2:30 p.m. ET at the District Attorney's office but did not confirm whether charges would be filed.
Despite the fact McCoy reportedly won't be charged, the NFL will conduct its own investigation into the incident and still could impose discipline on the Buffalo Bills' running back.
