Cowboys' Mike McCarthy on Jerry Jones' Criticism: Don't Think We've Had 'Bad Plays'

Dallas Cowboys head coach Mike McCarthy has pushed back on recent comments from Jerry Jones about the team's plays and play-calling so far this season.

Speaking to reporters on Wednesday, McCarthy acknowledged he hasn't seen Jones' exact quote but doesn't think they have run "bad plays."

Jones' comments came during his weekly appearance on Audacy's 105.3 The Fan (h/t DallasCowboys.com's Tommy Yarrish) when he said what "we should be looking at is we're designing bad plays, or we're designing bad concepts."

The Cowboys owner also put some of the blame on the poor execution of the plays.
